M&E Asset Condition Surveys and Building Fabric Surveys
We undertake both asset verification and condition surveys to M&E plant and building fabric.
We deliver M&E Asset Condition Surveys, Building Asset Surveys including M&E Surveys and Fabric Surveys, NHS Backlog Surveys and Six Facet Surveys throughout the UK.
In our experience, developing a clear brief at the outset is essential to achieving the desired outputs. The brief will cover the format and detail of the data to be collected, as well as agreeing which elements need to be captured as an individual asset or system. This is essential for developing the maintenance strategy and integrating with a CAFM system. In addition to carrying out the surveys, our ability to cost the dilapidation and lifecycle replacement works provides a totally comprehensive assessment.
